CHOICE CONSULTING is based in El Paso, Texas and we offer a variety Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to meet the client’s needs.  The EAP services are supported by bi-lingual, culturally aware, Master prepared therapists, with the goal of providing the maximum clinical expertise in a timely, confidential, and professional manner.   Our goal is to keep the employee in their best state of mind. At CHOICE Consulting, we believe that a distracted and troubled employee is an ineffective, unproductive, and unsatisfied individual. However, if given the appropriate support system, the same employee can be the shining star of the department.
Our primary service is EAP and not private practice.  Our team of therapists is on call 24/7 and we pride ourselves in extending an appointment to the employee within 24-72 hours after their initial contact with us. After all, a crisis is just that, a crisis and time is of the essence.
