CHOICE
CONSULTING is based in El Paso, Texas and we offer a
variety Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to meet the
client’s needs. The EAP services are supported by
bi-lingual, culturally aware, Master prepared therapists,
with the goal of providing the maximum clinical expertise in
a timely, confidential, and professional manner.
Our goal is to keep the employee in their best state of
mind. At CHOICE Consulting, we believe that a distracted and
troubled employee is an ineffective, unproductive, and
unsatisfied individual. However, if given the appropriate
support system, the same employee can be the shining star of
the department.
Furthermore, our
primary service is EAPs and not private practice. Our team
of therapists is on call 24/7 and we pride ourselves in
extending an appointment to the employee within 24-72 hours
after their initial contact with us. After all, a crisis is
just that, a crisis and time is of the essence.
CHOICE
Consulting offers employers a choice of EAP services that
include 3, 5, or 7 visit schedules. Our goal is to
continually improve our services through our Point of
Service surveys. These surveys are provided to each
employee who utilizes our services and the results are
forwarded to the respective employer in a confidential
manner. It is important to receive immediate feedback in
an effort to individualize our services to each and every
employee and their employer.
We are able to accommodate
mandatory EAP referrals generated by the employer. The employee is
informed that the employer will be notified of their participation and
ultimately their readiness to return to work. However, the personal and
private information shared during the visit will remain private and
confidential. Please note that there are some Mental Health Regulations
that require all mental health professionals to report any information
with regards to the following:
Danger to self or others
Child Abuse/Neglect
Elderly Abuse/Neglect
Spousal Abuse
